Summary and Info:
Currently one of the include paths in libpgm's pkg-config file is wrong, which causes build errors when including libpgm as a dependency (see e.g. discussion on this AUR package: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ignition-transport/)

Steps to Reproduce:
Running pkg-config --cflags openpgm-5.2 gives:
-I/usr/include/pgm-5.2 -I/usr/lib/pgm-5.2/include
The latter path doesn't exist.

-I/usr/include/pgm-5.2

Not a bug with pacman itself, and please search the bug tracker for existing bugs -- on every single package details page on the main website, there are two links: Bug Reports / Add New Bug

Please use them.
