In the docs generated, vkspec.html is expected to be in the "html/" sub-directory but in the PKGBUILD, the file is forcibly moved in the root. The result is that the link in the index.html is not valid.

1. Open /usr/share/doc/vulkan/index.html in the browser
2. Click on the "Single document (HTML5)" link under the Vulkan Specification section

This file isn't part of the package anymore
