It seems that this bug is not only affect Krita, but most of the programs with Python. If possible, apply those patches mentioned by Krita's maintainer in the link above. |

Please test if krita 4.1.8-2 solves your issue. The Qt patches are
not yet merged (or even reviewed) upstream, so I can't backport
them.
