It seems that this bug is not only affect Krita, but most of the programs with Python.
If possible, apply those patches mentioned by Krita's maintainer in the link above.

Please test if krita 4.1.8-2 solves your issue. The Qt patches are not yet merged (or even reviewed) upstream, so I can't backport them.
