Details

After upgrading to 18.12.3-3:

$ kalarm
kalarm: symbol lookup error: kalarm: undefined symbol: _ZN7Akonadi10Collection21markAttributesChangedEv

Downgrading back to 18.12.3-2 fixes the problem
