It seems that ceph supports building with Python 3:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/3a54b2b6d167d4a2a19e003a705696d4fe619afc/src/CMakeLists.txt#L219

Please build the package with these options if possible:
-DWITH_PYTHON3=ON -DWITH_PYTHON2=OFF
