This happens when I press New button. Then Gnome Bug-Buddy popups.
It's totally unusable.

Also, .desktop file and icon should be added.

What's wrong with just changing the sed line I put in there 2 years ago with a more updated gtkhtml version? If that renders peacock working again, there's no reason to remove it from the repositories, as it will continue to work until we update to gnome 2.18.
