DetailsDescription:
PulseEffects needs yelp package to show documentation inside the GUI. I could not see it and discovered I miss this package in a discussion on GitHub project's page. Maybe GNOME users have yelp package by default, but I didn't as a Plasma user. Steps to reproduce: Remove yelp from your system and click question mark icon inside the GUI. The documentation won't show. |

I added it as an optional dependency. Given that this package has a rather quick release cycle I don't think a new revision of the package is needed. I will just wait a few days for the upstream to make a new release, the changes will be included there. Let me know if you disagree.
