Description:
The default sound device (Internal sound device embedded on the motherboard) is gone after resuming from suspend. The only options left available are the HDMI sound and digital output S/PDIF.

Steps to reproduce:
- boot the computer, see devices available
- suspend and resume, see devices available

I'm currently running GNOME Shell. This was not reproducible on Ubuntu 18.10. Something new (kernel or GNOME or anything else) broke it.
