Consider setting:
-Dok-color=cyan In the PKGBUILD for systemd. It makes the colors during boot appear much nicer (IMO) and more "Arch like", only by changing the color of the "OK" messages to cyan, which is a color that is pretty close to green. Some traffic lights in Japan use this color instead of green. Right before the systemd "OK" messages, there is an "Welcome to Arch Linux!" message, which is also in cyan (and white). With the new color on the "OK" messages, it looks excellent. To me, it is a big improvement, and it reminds me of how the Arch Linux boot used to look before systemd was introduced. I think many users would appreciate it. Please give it a shot, I think this could strengthen the visual identity of Arch Linux as a whole. |
