Description:
After running a full system upgrade I found that xorg would no longer register keyboard or mouse input and all of my networking devices would not show up (despite their drivers being loaded in the kernel)I downgraded everything and only updated the kernel to make sure it was the root of the problem and the same problems happened after downgrading back to kernel version 5.0.2 full functionality returned to my system

Additional info:
* package version(s)linux 5.0.3.arch1-1
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:
use pacman to install the latest Arch linux kernel on a thinkpad x200 system with stock networking
