libseccomp has shipped Python bindings since version 2.2.0. These are enabled by passing --enable-python to ./configure. I personally use these bindings in some projects, and am hoping they can be included in the official package. As noted by Eli here[1], one of the reasons they're not in the package is "because no one asked for them".

Additional info:
* current version in [testing]: libseccomp 2.4.0-1

I wrote a PKGBUILD patch that separates python binds in to a separate package.

This is a complete new PKGBUILD: https://gist.github.com/igo95862/456706136272900dbd17680340416d0c
