Detailslibseccomp has shipped Python bindings since version 2.2.0. These are enabled by passing --enable-python to ./configure. I personally use these bindings in some projects, and am hoping they can be included in the official package. As noted by Eli here[1], one of the reasons they're not in the package is "because no one asked for them".
