Starting with version 1.20, netctl stopped depending on wpa_actiond for its automatic wireless connecting features. So far, there have not been any signs that anyone experienced a degraded user experience because of this. At this point, I consider it unlikely that a dependency on wpa_actiond will be reintroduced.

I guess this means wpa_actiond can be removed from usr/lib/initcpio/install/arch_wireless and as a dependency in the PKGBUILD.
