FS#6186 - Unneeded: Invest Chart

DetailsIt doesn't seem possible to install Gnome without 'Invest Chart' in the menus. I know it is a simple manual fix, but I don't think many people would require Invest Chart by default. I also believe there is a replacement for it in a separate package, so if someone did need it they wouldn't use the default version that comes with gnome.

Reason for closing: Won't fix
Additional comments about closing: It's carried upstream with gnome-applets, so we install it by default.
