What is the last version of linux / linux-lts without the issue?
Please post dmesg outputs from kernels both with and without the issue.

Please include the whole output of dmesg from one boot of a kernel with the issue and the whole output of dmesg from one boot of a kernel without the issue.
Preferably as attachments.
