Description:
jenkins 2.164-1 says it has a dependency of libcups but after testing 2.164-1 it does not appear to use it at all. libcups should be removed from future jenkins PKGBUILD files.

Steps to reproduce:
makepkg -i attached PKGBUILD
visit http://localhost:8090/ and complete installation
No errors appear in logs or webpage
