25Mbit/s sounds a lot like a mirror run from home. Are you in a special location like Alaska or something? What are common downlink speeds in your wider area and would this mirror actually benefit other users close to you or would they get better performance from other mirrors we already have?

Edit: Just saw the subject and you are not in Alaska. The second question still stands.

It is a mirror ran from home. But I have found that if someone switches their mirror to mine around my area (Austin - San Antonio area) it's faster than the other mirrors available.
