When compiling a project linked against this package package I get this: ``` Traceback (most recent call last): File "/opt/ros/melodic/share/python_qt_binding/cmake/sip_configure.py", line 9, in <module> from PyQt5 import QtCore ImportError: libQt5Core.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory ``` I also can reproduce this in python command line, tested on 2 installations. Additional info: * package version(s) version: `4.19.14-1` * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: ``` python from PyQt5 import QtCore ```` |

Would seem you're talking about python-pyqt5 (that's where PyQt5.QtCore is), and that already has a dep on qt5-base through pyqt5-common

Tested on a Linux 4.20 installation, everything works. Error occurs only on 4.9 LTS kernel.
