Description:
Since mono's xbuild is deprecated in favor of msbuild, msbuild should be bundled in the mono package or made as a standalone package.

The reason for this is because a lot of C# projects won't build with xbuild anymore.

Do you have a PKGBUILD that builds msbuild from source either as part of the mono PKGBUILD or as a new package?

Seems that we need a more recent version of dotnet to support msbuild. alucryd, can you upgrade dotnet so we can have nice things please?

dotnet 3.1 has been packaged for a while now, but still no msbuild available. Any update on this? openra 20191117 is still not packaged because of this.

msbuild is not building with our dotnet yet. We have been trying to fix it and we already fixed a few issues, but it's progressing slow. I'll take another stab at it this week.
