Description:
the cppzmq C++ binding provides zmq.hpp and zmq_addon.hpp which supports multipart_t and active_poller_t
currently only zmq.hpp is included in the archlinux zeromq package

note: the title should read zmq_addon.hpp instead of zeromq_addon.hpp
