Added libxcrypt dependency.
Removed unused package_libsasl since libsasl was split out.
FS#78402, changes from previous versionRemoved already implemented removal of unused libsasl split package.
Removed tmpfiles.conf, let saslauthd.service manage the creation and removal of /run/saslauthd/
