Description:
Layer masks doesn't work properly or corrupts after any transform function. Layer mask gets an offset and disappear after saving and reopening (see attached pictures).

Additional info:
gimp 2.10.8-1 (or any other 2.10.)
gtk-xfce-engine 2.10.1-2

I have R390 graphics card (GCN 2nd generation)


Steps to reproduce:
>Have a picture
>Make a layer mask
>Do a transform
>Save the image
>Reopen the image

This is probably an upstream bug, report it there.
