Right now there is only a way to specify which key to use for signature. Could you provide a way to specify the location of gpg homedir, so that keys for building are not mixed in with other keys. |

Also: using a separate directory by default would be greatly annoying to the people who prefer to stick with defaults, and adding an option would be needlessly bloated for practically no reasonable use case.
Why not just run makepkg using `GNUPGHOME=~/.gnupg-makepkg makepkg`? You could alias this and have makepkg do what you want today using the existing options in gnupg.
You could even export the variable inside makepkg.conf as the conf file is a bash script that sets variables.
