DetailsAfter an update to the breeze-icons package, ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache must be deleted in order for any changed icons to actually be reflected in user installations. Consider deleting that file for all users as a post-upgrade step.

Robust software knows how to regenerate caches in response to the original files changing.
