It was removed from the actual source code even earlier (2016): https://github.com/lutris/lutris/commit/9b76440fc921738cfb2f6ef06d6c819f5279669e

The only other remaining mention of unrar is in the bundled copy of winetricks (which should be stripped and replaced by community/winetricks really).

The bundled copy of winetricks is no longer used, instead Lutris now uses winetricks from its own runtime, which can be updated through runtime update.
