Description:

When starting, bcache no longer properly starts automatically leading to a time-out to mount bcache devices, and unavailability of those devices.

Additional info:
* linux kernel 4.20

Steps to reproduce:

Create a bcache device on an older kernel. Update to 4.20, attempt to restart.

Steps to fix:
- Place a 'bcache' hook in mkinitcpio.conf as recommended in the bcache arch wiki, and run 'mkinitcpio -p linux'
- Warn bcache users they must add this hook when upgrading to this kernel.
