Deepin-anything-arch conflicts deepin-anything-dkms making
installing deepin group impossible, therefore using deepin
impossible.
Versions at the time (17-01-2019): 1. deepin-anything-arch: 0.0.3-6 2. deepin-anything-dkms: 0.0.3-4 |
This task depends upon
`pacman -S deepin` or `pacman -S deepin-anything-arch deepin-anything-dkms`
IMO these underlying utilities should not be part of the group itself. Users don't care about installing deepin-anything-dkms, they just care about installing deepin-anything (or really, deepin-file-manager). It doesn't make sense to list it as part of the group, or mark the package as explicitly installed. Certainly, it makes no sense to have packages which conflict that are both part of the same group.
I did try to install all packages from the group but deepin-anything-dkms (so -arch one was installed), but I couldn't launch the DE (don't know precisely if this was the reason though)
