Detailsgem is part of ruby 2.5, got splitted starting from ruby 2.6, so the dependency rubygems will download and install ruby 2.6 to get rubygems working. Removing rubygems manually won't impact the functionality of gem 2.5.

hm, rubygems was already a dependency of ruby 2.5, but wasn't actually removed from the ruby2.5 package, as it was done with ruby 2.6.
