Description:
The "dmd" man page is not packaged.

The man page is generated and needs to be built during packaging.

Patch attached (untested, package currently fails to build due to https://github.com/ldc-developers/ldc/issues/2954).

Huh, it currently packages manpages for some things which aren't even commands provided by the package, and does not have a manpage for the command it does ship. :/
