Description:
When trying to update cabextract via pacman -Syu an error is produced advising the key "Alad Wenter <alad@archlinux.org>" is disabled

Additional info:
Appears to be related to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/53676 but for a different key

I have run the following commands:
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux
sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring
sudo pacman --refresh-keys
sudo pacman -Syu

Steps to reproduce:

Simply running pacman -Syu with cabextract installed should reproduce this. I'm also able to reproduce by removing and trying to install cabextract.
