Description:

Starting the Mumble client freezes the Cinnamon desktop completely and the entire session needs to be killed from a different VT.

Removing the window list applet prevents the freeze, see https://www.reddit.com/r/linuxmint/comments/abl9zv/linux_mint_191_freezes_when_opening_the_mumble/ed4f9jq/ (thanks to Namarrgon in #archlinux).
That link references a pull request which might fix this bug.

Does not happen any more with cinnamon 4.0.9-1. I think it was fixed by this: https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/pull/8180
