Cannot install KDE via pacman ....gstreamer dependency not provided....

Affects ...pacman -Sy kde.... and Larchbuild of live CD via pacman........

Additional comments about closing:  kdeaccessibility doesn't depend on gstreamer anymore now.

Performed Larch 3 install which uses pacman -S kde... this date and the gstreamer dependency was downloaded to permit the kde to complete.

I assume the problem was related to server upgrade...
