Description: Would you consider to link this against Qt WebEngine like Tumbleweed does?

It seems that the revival of Qt WebKit didn't last that long. So unless they do a revival
of the revival I think it is better to switch to Qt WebEngine.

No.

In the current release, libksysguard does not build against qt5-webengine at all.
In the next release, libksysguard will not build against qt5-webkit at all.

OpenSUSE Tumbleweed is completely irrelevant -- we do not care what they do or why they do it.

In this case, they have backported a *feature* from the upstream master branch full of development changes. We shall *not* do this in Arch Linux. If you want the latest in-development features of libksysguard, you may use the libksysguard-git package from the AUR. Otherwise, just wait -- the package will be updated to use qt5-webengine in due course.
