This bug was first noticed towards the end of the year 2018, around the holiday season. Steps to reproduce this bug are below.

Bug descriptions & confirmation by others in #archlinux:
--------------------------------------------------------

The top menu "Home Packages Forums Wiki Bugs Security AUR Download" to the right of the "archlinux" logo moves below the logo (and below the black top bar) when the window width is in a certain range (#archlinux user mkoskar reports that the window width range for this bug to occur is between 830-852 pixels). When the menu is below the logo it becomes difficult to click on any of the menu entries as the "hit box" for each entry becomes very small and also moves above the entry.

This https://wiki.archlinux.org bug has been reported by others in the official #archlinux IRC. The conversation in #archlinux about this bug starts around 10:50 am Eastern Standard Time on January the 2nd, 2019.

Steps to reproduce this bug:
----------------------------

To recreate this bug, simply gradually reduce the size of the browser window until you see the menu move below the logo. It should be recreated with either Firefox or Chromium according to others on #archlinux.

Just to be clear: I've only noticed this bug on https://wiki.archlinux.org.

It does not seem to occur in the other sections. Just the Wiki.
