Description:
split terminal is not working

Additional info:
* package version(s): code 1.30.1-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
- Click on terminal / new terminal >> a terminal window appears on the bottom of VS code
- Click on terminal / split terminal >> the terminal panel should be split, and a second terminal should appear on the right hand side. But nothing happens.
It works correctly in the AUR/visual-studio-code-bin version

You need to learn to tell us what package you are talking about. I have no interest in doing deep analysis of every bug report just so I can figure out what the bug report is even about.

It works as expected for me. Not sure what to say if I cannot reproduce the issue.

I do not use this feature, but I can confirm this happens on version 1.30.2-1
Not sure how to get a log from code though. Help - Toggle Developer Tools - Console does not show anything on clicks to Terminal and Split Terminal

I set Help - Toggle Developer Tools - Console to Verbose output and got attached log for a single click on "New Terminal" (which works fine)
When I click on "Split Terminal" nothing happens in Console.

And it still works flawlessly for me (except in cases it emits a popup saying there is not enough room on the screen to split the terminal).

Without any way to reproduce the issue or even confirm it, what are we supposed to do?

It's very likely that you are running code under a different electron version, can you make sure both code and electron are up to date?

Now split terminal works fine with code 1.33.1 for me.
