Additional comments about closing: The comments say exactly why that line exists, and references the package https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra /x86_64/php-apcu-bc/
The line is commented out by default, so in order to hit this problem you'd need to ignore the instructions and uncomment a non-default setting that then tries to do exactly what it is validly supposed to do.

The line is commented out by default, so in order to hit this problem you'd need to ignore the instructions and uncomment a non-default setting that then tries to do exactly what it is validly supposed to do.
