Details

The new distribution name from the same maintainer and with the same modules appears to be Time-ParseDate: https://metacpan.org/release/Time-ParseDate

We should probably renamed our package and fix any dependencies we have.

Additional comments about closing:  It would be nice to package the rename but that is only needed if other packages require it.

The new distro also has a newer version of the modules than what we package right now.
