In order to open .doc files mc tries to use in exact order following tools: wvHtml with elinks, antiword, catdoc, word2x, strings.
Could you add respective packages (excepting word2x since it's not even in AUR): wv, elinks, antiword, catdoc, binutils as optional dependencies to mc?

Seems like a whole bunch of dependencies for 1 file extension. Maybe just antiword, since it seems to support until Word 2003 at least.

edit: There's much more in ext.d, like mplayer, mpv, etc. Not sure there's a point in either making an exception for msword, or add 2 pages of optional dependencies.
