Description:

Installed file /usr/lib/dri/iHD_drv_video.so lacks executable permissions. All other drivers in this dir already have it.

it's not incorrect, those files do not need executable permissions. And we don't change the installation permissions from the upstream build system: https://github.com/intel/media-driver/blob/f8f3b0d5dcc002411f80a1dd9b07652e9bf4bdcf/CMakeLists.txt#L59
