Description:
Can you please add "libidn.so" to the provides array, so that makepkg adds the current version of libidn.so that is provided by libidn (as 'libidn.so=12-64')? This would allow others (e.g. me ;-P) to add "libidn.so" (not just "libidn") to the depends array of their packages (possibly in the aur), which will be similarily mangled by makepkg to 'libidn.so=12-64'. This prevents pacman from installing packages linked against old libidn versions. Thanks in advances, deepthought |
