Details

The current PKGBUILD sets CAP_NET_RAW, which is required for the binary to be run as a non-root user, in package(), but tar doesn't preserve this attribute by default. This attribute should be set in a .install script, like what is done for ping in iputils: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/iputils.install?h=packages/iputils
