Description:
dmd-doc.desktop points to a HTML file which doesn't exit [no longer exists?].
This desktop file seems to be maintained by Arch so I filed a bug report; my apologies if this should have been flagged out of date instead.

Additional info:
Line 5 of the .desktop file references this file which doesn't exist:
/usr/share/d/html/d/language-reference.html

The language reference seems to now be available at
/usr/share/d/html/d/spec/spec.html
And the Phobos standard library reference is at
/usr/share/d/html/d/phobos/index.html

Regardless of which URL is chosen to replace the current broken one, the other reference (language or stdlib) can be accessed via the 'Documentation' dropdown in the ribbon at the top of the page.

Steps to reproduce:
Install dmd-docs and try to open documentation via the .desktop file
