The latest release of wpa_supplicant-2.7, which is currently in testing, lists in its change-log [1] that support has been added for using OpenSSL 1.1.1. So we finally should depend on openssl [our openssl-1.1.1a version] instead of openssl-1.0.

Steps to reproduce:

Install wpa_supplicant - currently one of its dependencies is openssl-1.0.
Modify the PKGBUILD and change the 'openssl-1.0' dependency to 'openssl'.
