Description:

There are various issues with the Elecon 3 build of VSCode.
The two most notable are:
1. Saving of files is not picked up by tabs.
If you save a file, the tab still thinks the file wasn't saved.
2. Exiting is broken. I had to kill the electron process via SIGKILL.

If I revert to community/electron and community/code, these issues disappear.

Additional info:
* code 1.29.1-3 , electron 3.0.10-1
* fresh config, with deleted `~/.vscode-oss` and `~/.config/Code - OSS`

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install code 1.29.1-3
2. Open it
3. Create a new file
4. Try to save it
5. Try to quit

Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  Closing this as the electron 3 build was removed. Code is not really reeady for electron 3 yet, we should wait for upstream to update.

Same issue for me when updating:

* code 1.29.1-3 , electron 3.0.10-1

Only way to go back to something working is to downgrade both to the community version instead of community-testing

Using electron-3.0.x branch instead is a workaround, see https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/pull/56149

I guess we should just rebuild this with electron 2 for now. That branch tracks master. Leaving the bug open because we should investigate getting it to work on electron 3.x.

Finally moving the electron rebuild to community.
