DetailsPostgreSQL version 11 introduced support for JIT-optimizing SQL queries with LLVM. This functionality is disabled by default, but when PostgreSQL is built with LLVM support, the JIT can be enabled from settings or at runtime.
Please build PostgreSQL using --with-llvm so this feature can be used by people who want it. |
