Description:
The steam package is entirely unable to be received or installed.

Command line:
[athena@athena-arch Downloads]$ sudo pacman -S steam
error: target not found: steam

Steps to reproduce:
Enter "sudo pacman -S steam" into the command line. Target package will not be found.
