Details
Description:Laptop hangs with a black screen when
Suspending/restarting/shutting-down. Always have to force
shutdown with the power button. Any kernel with older then
4.19.x has no occurrence of this problem. Have not tried the
"Latest" lts-kernel.

I had the same issue on Lenovo V110-15AST and mine also uses the amdgpu module.
I have managed to "fix" the issue by disabling the amdgpu.dc by adding amdgpu.dc=0 to the boot flag.
