Unix sockets created when using "listen unix:…" in the configuration will not be removed when Nginx is stopped with SIGQUIT.

Simply removing the "KillSignal=SIGQUIT" from the service file will fix this (since SIGTERM is the default, and Nginx will properly clean up with SIGTERM). This is also what was done to fix this in the nginx package.
