So if you use the rar package in AUR, https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rar , as the maintainer states, rar now does also the job of unrar, so he made it to conflict with unrar. But lutris needs unrar, so if you have rar you are in "troubles". Now, what i suggest is, if it is true that rar can do all unrar does, and as rar is not a package in the official repos (also i suppose unrar is opensourced and rar is not), i suggest to add an alternative in the dependencies for the unrar, to be able to install lutris only having rar and not unrar, but when none of the both are installed, install unrar instead of rar.
Thats all, thanks!

This has literally nothing to do with lutris whatsoever.

Also, not only are AUR packages not supported, the "rar" package even provides unrar which means this works fine anyway. Which is good because using a provides is exactly how this is supposed to work. Next time check to make sure there is an actual problem before reporting bugs.
