Additional info: * package version: quassel-core 0.13rc2-1 Steps to reproduce: At boot there is an attempt to start postgesql which fails due to missing inititalization. I don't want to use postgresql with quassel, so this step is not necessary for me. |

So let me rephrase then. I do have postgresql installed but I want to start it only on demand. Quassel however starts it automatically. How can I disable this behaviour?
